The project for Deltoro Seguros' offices is located in an office tower in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
The space covers a total of 150 square meters. The architectural layout aims to maximize the use of natural light through shared and open spaces. The offices are accessed from the tower's lobby through a private reception area, which features a customer service counter and a lounge waiting area.
The workspace opens into a large training and meeting room, as well as 4 cubicles separated by frosted glass partitions for management and client meetings.
The decision was made to leave the ribbed concrete slab exposed to give the offices a greater sense of spaciousness and to take advantage of the aesthetic offered by the exposed material.
The client waiting lounge is virtually framed by a cylindrical ceiling fixture that provides indirect lighting and interacts with the circular carpet surrounded by individual chairs in a vibrant green color.
Hidden behind an illuminated lattice screen is the kitchenette located at the back of the office. All the carpentry was meticulously designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, tailored to the clients' needs.
The various areas within the offices are virtually delineated using circular hanging ceilings, walls, lattices, and low partitions, ensuring that the sense of spaciousness and openness is maintained throughout. This design allows for up to 30 people to share the workspaces simultaneously.
