Distrito San Gerardo

Mixed-use district consisting of four buildings of 10 and 12 storeys distributed in two different typologies. The tower buildings with 54 apartments, and the slab buildings with 60 apartments each one. Both typologies have efficient illuminated and ventilated internal circulation cores, as well as facades passively designed to control the internal temperature according to their orientation.

The complex offers security, comfort and leisure through private amenities and a commercial area on the ground floor with a pleasant atmosphere of terraces and services that seeks to bring value to the area.

The district features various public and private spaces, aiming to create a vibrant urban environment by providing quality spaces for the public. Parking areas are addressed with two levels of underground parking for residents and street-level parking to serve the commercial areas.

Aiming to maximize the use of views, natural ventilation, and daylight, the design proposes large windows with covered terraces to help control solar gain. Social and relaxation areas take full advantage of these views, while service spaces are located within the core to facilitate and optimize the installations.
